And there are timers running on the screen, so you know how much longer you have left both for that specific exercise AND the overall workout. I’m not sure she uses that much but it’s there if you simply can’t get enough. There is also a second channel where she posts non-fitness related content. There’s even some stuff there about her food and what she eats, etc. She also posts Before and After pictures of different people all over the world doing her challenges–and they are quite inspiring. And it’s absolutely astonishing how many views her videos get–we’re talking upwards of 1.3 billion! ![]() She has a whopping 15.6 million YouTube subscribers. Who doesn’t like someone who creates free workout videos for you to do at home, without equipment, and on your own time? Props to her.
